Packaging Your Orders
Pix Pete prioritises secure and reliable shipping for all orders placed on this site. Prints will be packaged in either flat or triangular boxes, with the choice of packaging determined by the print’s dimensions, production location, and final destination. This method not only minimises the risk of damage but also adheres to relevant local shipping regulations.
Different packaging will depend on the size and quantity of items ordered as well as the country where the item is being sent to.
Standard packaging for shipping products sold on this store are as follows:
Unframed Prints
- Prints up to A4 size are shipped in flat packaging (up to 100 prints per package).
- Triangular or rolled tubes (up to 5 prints per tube) for prints above A4.
Apparel and Tote Bags
- Smaller orders: Items are shipped in a recycled plastic or kraft paper bag (material may vary) without tissue paper to minimize waste.
- Larger orders (8+ T-shirts): Items are shipped in cardboard boxes and may be wrapped in tissue paper or bags for protection.
Mugs
Packaging may vary by country. Single mug orders are typically packaged in a small box. For multiple mug orders, each mug is packaged individually and placed in a larger cardboard box (up to 6 mugs per box).
Frames Prints and Box Canvas
Where framed prints are offered, the frames come pre-packed with corners and film and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 2 frames in one package).
The actual prints are packaged separately in an inner paperboard folder (up to 10 prints per folder).
Plexiglass used in frames may have a protective film on both sides, often with a blue hue. This film can be mistaken for scratches, bubbles, or a coloured cast. Please inspect closely and remove if satisfied with your order.
